Tell Me What’s Going On.
Most organizations already know what's wrong. What they can't see is why it keeps happening.
APEX Dep applies behavioral and crowd-dynamic analysis to the problems that conventional consulting misses — the ones embedded in how your people think collectively, not individually. Narrative drift. Resistance patterns. The gap between what a team says and what it actually does.
This work draws on 30 years of cross-sector pattern recognition: clinical therapy, community field research, organizational analysis, and the study of how public narratives shape private behavior. The Castlegar Study (2019) demonstrated measurable links between community dialogue and economic productivity. The “Occupy BC” SPARC Outcomes Report (2020) outlined key measures that rural cities could take to not only decrease homelessness, but take control of local housing prices and significantly reduce poverty. The RTW framework (2021) showed how trauma-informed design outperforms standard reintegration models. Kootenaymall.ca was a response to a critical issue: Monopolization of global corporations. I built what is now the cutting edge regional marketing ecosystem and marketing infrastructure for small businesses. These aren't theoretical positions — they're documented outcomes.
If your organization is losing ground to problems that don't show up cleanly in your metrics, that's usually a signal problem, not a strategy problem.
If someone on your team said "this is just the way things have always been done" in the last 90 days — then it’s time to make the call to APEX Dep.
